MEDA MP3 Splitter End User License Agreement READ CAREFULLY: This MEDA MP3 Splitter End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and MedaFan Technology Software, Inc. ("MP3S") for the MedaFan Technology's software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in online or electronic form ("SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE (a) Evaluation The SOFTWARE is a shareware program and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. The purpose of shareware software is to provide personal computer users with quality software on a "try before you buy" basis, however payment is still required for continued use of the product. If you find this program useful, you must make a registration payment (see the registration instructions for details).
