Rosoft Audio Converter also included in this program is a program that is designed for the Lame MP3 Encoder but it can also use plug-ins like WMA8EUTIL.exe a console program that encodes wave files into wma files. With the right console program you can basically convert any file to whatever format you want as long as you have the right console program.
