The program converts voice into timbres of any MIDI instruments, creates original ring tones for mobile phones, creates musical pieces by ear, recognizes notes of the vocal melody.

A live or recorded performance is converted to MIDI in real-time. MIDI Voicer is a veritable musical instrument containing a great selection of musical timbres. For instance, when singing a tune into a microphone you can simultaneously hear it blown by the trumpet or the sax, performed by the electric guitar or even beaten by drums! MIDI Voicer "feels", recognizes and then plays back all the nuances of voice motion, all the mistakes and false notes. All those facts make the program extremely useful for vocal education. You can also convert melody from an audio file.

Using MIDI Voicer you can easily compose your own original and unique ring tones for mobile phones. You just sing the melody you have just arranged, hear it and immediately convert it to a ring tone for your handset. If you hate singing you can either perform it on the musical instrument you like best or use a melody from an audio file.

MIDI Voicer also identifies notes of the sung tune. This enables to get a MIDI file to edit in sequencers, mix the melody with other musical pieces or even arrange it with e-Xpressor Real MIDI Accompaniment Maker and receive your original musical hit!

IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE E-XPRESSOR. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO DO SO, DO NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.

1. License for trial version

Regarding unregistered trial version of e-Xpressor this Agreement allows you to:

(a) use trial version of e-Xpressor until it will be registered.

(b) free distribute trial version with exception of its distribution in company with or inside of any other software package without written permission of copyright owner.

2. Register

To register you have to choose Register e-Xpressor in the Help menu of e-Xpressor and follow the online register instruction.

3. License for registered copy

Regarding registered version of e-Xpressor this Agreement allows you to:

(a) install and use e-Xpressor on a single computer and make one copy of e-Xpressor in computer readable form solely for backup purposes. You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other proprietary legends on the original copy of e-Xpressor. The registered copy of e-Xpressor may not be rented or leased, but may be transferred, in its entirety, if you agree to the terms of this license. If e-Xpressor is an update, the transfer must include the update of all its previous versions.

(b) install e-Xpressor on a storage device, such as a network server, and run e-Xpressor on an internal network, provided the number of concurrent users does not exceed the number of copies of e-Xpressor purchased. A copy of the e-Xpressor must be purchased for each such user.

(c) make copies of output musical files generated by you using e-Xpressor, use and distribute those copies without any restrictions to the exclusion of copyright violation case of any third party.

3. Licenses restrictions

Other than as set forth in Sections 1 or 3, you may not make or distribute copies of e-Xpressor, or electronically transfer e-Xpressor from one computer to another or over a network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce e-Xpressor to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or sublicense e-Xpressor. You may not modify e-Xpressor or e-Xpressor's algorithms or create derivative works based upon e-Xpressor. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

4. Upgrades

If this registered copy of e-Xpressor is an upgrade from an earlier registered version of e-Xpressor, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis. You agree by your installation and use of this copy of e-Xpressor to voluntarily terminate your earlier end-user license and that you will not continue to use the earlier registered version of e-Xpressor nor transfer it to another.

5. Technical support

The technical support is available from manufacturer or its authorized resellers under their standard support policies for those who have purchased registered copies of e-Xpressor. For further information, please refer to http://www.e-xpressor.com.

6. No warranty

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT COMES WITH NO WARRANTY, AND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
