"Poor Company to work with", Bought a Guitar/Amp.They were packaged VERY poorly & items arrived to me ALREADY damaged. This co. has NO phone #.I e-mailed-told company the items were not in working condition & I HAD to return them. They did not answer many e-mails.They WOULD NOT pay for return shipping even though I could NOT use the broken items.Told co. "Much to my relief . . . . .", After reading some of the negative reviews, I had a case of buyer's remorse. The bass guitar with accessories and speaker arrived today - lightening fast delivery - and there is no more buyer's remorse. The guitar and accessories are exactly as described, and better than anticipated since I had bought my husband a bass guitar last Christmas and paid twice as much for "almost" the same package. The speaker is smaller, but this is for my grandson, and, for his purposes, it is perfect!
