"Great for a beginner !!!!", After spending a week in Louisiana listening to some of the finest cajun bands one could ever hope to hear, I caught the bug to learn the Cajun accordion, didn't want to spend $1,000 to get one from one of the fine instrument makers that live in the region just to learn, so I bought this one. It is nicer than one might suspect...I will save up for a better instrument...it has nice woodgrain, a beautiful logo painted in the bellows, has a real nice sound, easy to play and hold, the strap is not the best..but hey..it's a strap. I love it and highly recommend it...unless you're a pro...it's really a great learning instrument! Next get the Dirk Powell DVD's from [...]...practice...and head to Lafayette and Eunice for some on the job experience!

"happy with my cajun accordion", I couldn't find a new cajun accordion for this price anywhere. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. It's got a nice clean sound, Tight bellows, good keyboard action. The strap that ships with it is a little shoddy, and mounting brackets for the strap could be better, but all in all, I would recommend this product.
