"good value for money", I am an experienced musician who plays several different instruments, and wanted to get back into playing harp. I had played harp briefly a few years ago, but only learned a few songs. This is a good harp for the price, but if you are not familiar with playing harp or piano I would recommend a lever harp instead of a cross-strung.

This harp does not have the tone that a high end harp would, and is a little bit on the quiet side, but it fits my needs exactly. Also, after inital tuning (harp strings always stretch), it seems to hold its tuning very well.

The size on this harp makes it a little awkward to use as a lap harp though. If you are not a fan of sitting on the floor to play, I would recommend a harp table or a 15 to 18 inch tall stool to set the harp on while playing.
